Free to try, billed yearly, cancel any time. Last updated September 2026.
Try it free first
The Meet plan is free, with no card required and no time limit. You can meet your companion, chat, and see how WiseRaven feels before you ever pay anything.
Because you can try the service in full before buying, paid plans are sold as non-refundable.
Annual billing, no refunds
Paid plans are billed once a year, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
Payments are non-refundable. There are no partial, pro-rated, or retroactive refunds for unused time, for months you didn't use the app, or after a renewal has been charged.
You can see your renewal date any time in Settings → Plan & billing, and cancel before it if you don't want to continue.
Cancel any time
You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing in the app. There's no cancellation fee and no need to email anyone.
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep your full plan until the end of the year you've already paid for — nothing is switched off early.
After that your account moves to the free Meet plan. Your companion, your memories, and your conversation history stay with you. Only the check-in, watch, and image allowances change.
Good to know
Orders are processed by Stripe, the Merchant of Record for WiseRavens AI. Your card statement may show LINK.COM alongside WiseRavens AI.
Payments in the app's test mode are not real charges.
Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
