What are WiseRaven Watches?

Watches are the things your WiseRaven keeps an eye on for you. Live feeds cover flight status, weather, wildfires, US fire danger ratings, hurricanes and typhoons, sports games and scores, stocks and crypto, gas prices, and concerts and live events (dates, start times, venues and ticket links from Ticketmaster and SeatGeek, plus community events from Meetup and any Eventbrite listings your WiseRaven can see — Meetup covers smaller local gatherings and is usually free, and Eventbrite's coverage is narrower than the others). News-based watches follow the headlines for school closures, utility outages, train delays, and any topic, person, town or company. Cruise departures, bus arrivals and commute traffic are coming soon and are not connected to a live feed yet. Flight tracking is live: ask to watch a flight number and you'll get an update whenever it is delayed, departs, changes gate, lands or is cancelled. If a news or topic update isn't what you wanted, tap the 'Not relevant' button on that update and your WiseRaven will learn to skip similar stories for that watch. Is my data private?

Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are never sold or used to advertise to you. Before anything reaches an AI model, your email, phone number, and account identifiers are stripped out, your full name is never sent, and your saved location is rounded to a rough area.

Will there be ads?

Not in paid plans. A free ad-supported tier is planned for later; ads there would be clearly labelled and never targeted using your conversations or memories.

Do I have to start teaching an AI from scratch?

No. If you've already spent time with ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI, you can bring your history with you. WiseRaven will identify useful memories and let you decide what to keep.

Why do I see a 'new version is ready' banner?

WiseRaven is updated frequently. When a new version is published, the app shows a banner that says a new version is ready. Tap Reload to pick it up right away, or close and reopen the app.

Each invited Raven is given 5 invites to share with a select group of friends. When someone you invite joins, they'll get their own small batch of invites to keep the circle growing.

Free to start — create an account and meet your WiseRaven. Sign-ups are open to everyone. Paid plans are billed yearly ($25, $30, or $50 a year), and a Raven Invite link or code works too.

Can I have an off-the-record (OTR) chat with my WiseRaven?

Yes. Say something like 'can we go off the record?' in the chat. While off the record, nothing is added to what your companion remembers, and every off-the-record message is erased from your transcript when the session ends.

Why does Voice Mode keep asking for microphone permission?

Microphone access is granted by your browser or device, not by WiseRaven. On iPhone and iPad, Apple does not let installed Home Screen web apps store a permanent microphone grant, and since WiseRaven isn't a native App Store app it won't show a Microphone toggle in iOS Settings — expect one prompt per launch, after which it stays granted for the whole session. On Android Chrome or desktop browsers you can set Microphone to Allow in Site settings to make it permanent. Also confirm the browser itself has microphone access in your device settings.

Can my WiseRaven create images?

Yes. Ask your WiseRaven to draw, paint, or illustrate something and it will create a still image right in your chat. Each member has a daily limit; the exact limit depends on your plan.
