These terms are between you and WiseRavens AI ("WiseRavens AI", "I", "me"), the provider of the WiseRaven service at wiseravensai.com.

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or continuing to use WiseRaven, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

You must be of legal age to enter a contract where you live. If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

WiseRaven is an AI companion: an ongoing conversation with a companion that remembers what you tell it, watches things you ask it to keep an eye on (markets, weather, wildfires, fuel prices, sports, news topics), sends you updates, and can generate images with you.

Access is by invitation and by plan. Your plan sets how many things your companion can watch and how many images you can create each month.

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use WiseRaven for your own personal use, within the plan you've chosen.

Keep your sign-in details and magic links to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current. Invitations are personal; don't resell them.

Don't use WiseRaven for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive, and don't use it to spam anyone.

Don't infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights, and don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

Don't interfere with the service's security: no malware, no probing or scanning, no scraping, no circumventing plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

WiseRaven generates text, images, and spoken audio using AI models. You're responsible for what you ask for, for how you use what comes back, and for having the rights to anything you put in — including photographs, documents, and likenesses.

Prohibited outputs include, without limitation: illegal content, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes or impersonations intended to deceive, harassment or hate speech, content that incites violence, malware, and attempts to jailbreak or bypass safety systems.

AI output can be wrong. Treat everything WiseRaven says — including market, weather, wildfire, fuel-price, and news information — as general information, not as financial, investment, legal, medical, tax, or emergency advice. It is not a substitute for professional judgement or official emergency sources, and you make your own decisions.

You keep whatever rights you have in what you put in and, as between us, in the outputs you generate, subject to the rights of others and to these terms. You grant me a limited licence to host and process your content solely to run the service for you.

I may filter, refuse, restrict, or remove content, and may suspend accounts, to keep the service lawful and safe. If you believe content generated or hosted here infringes your rights, email keith@wiseravensai.com and I'll review and act; repeat infringement ends an account.

WiseRavens AI owns the service itself — the software, design, companion characters, documentation, and branding. Nothing here transfers ownership of it to you.

I may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter an AI output, limit a feature, or suspend an account where content appears to breach these terms or the law. Automated safety filters may also block a request.

If you believe something generated or stored on WiseRaven infringes your intellectual property or privacy rights, email keith@wiseravensai.com with the details and where to find it. Verified reports are actioned promptly, and accounts responsible for repeated or serious infringement are terminated.

You can appeal a removal or suspension by replying to the same address.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata; moving to a smaller plan or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep your current plan until then.

I work hard to keep WiseRaven running, but I can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Features may change, and third-party data feeds can be delayed or unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and all implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed.

I may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where it's reasonable to do so, I'll tell you first.

You can stop at any time by cancelling in Settings. When access ends, you can ask me to export or delete your data; otherwise data is removed or anonymised in line with the Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

I'm not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify me against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.

You may not assign these terms without my consent; I may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.

Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

If I change these terms, I'll update this page and note the date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
